 Parsley Seed Essential Oil has a warm woody-spicy herbaceous aroma is a tonic for the circulatory system, helpful for problem skin and useful for the urinary system.

In aromatherapy use, it is very helpful in reducing any accumulation of toxins in the joints and in musculature. It reduces swelling in arthritic joints, increases elasticity in tissues and encourages regeneration of smooth muscle.

Parsley seems to have a tonic effect on blood vessels, supporting and shrinking broken blood vessels, thereby reducing the discoloration of bruising. It also is helpful in shrinking haemorrhoid tissue when used topically in carrier oil.

This oil can be used as a tonic for the uterus, aiding in labour. It can also increase menstrual flow or bring on a late period; by stimulating the secretion of oestrogen, because of this, it should not be used by pregnant women, as it could induce early labour or miscarriage.

It is suggested that the Essential Oil of Parsley can be used after delivery for toning the uterus. Parsley is helpful with cystitis and urinary infections and can be used in a douche to cleanse the area.

Spicy smell of Parsley Essential Oil along with high chlorophyll content stimulates appetite by promoting the secretion of digestive juices and enzymes in the stomach.
